Luxury ranch 4bd/2b. Near Beaumont/shopping.

If cleanliness is a priority this is the place! We pay our cleaners above market rates to keep the house spotless. 4 bedrooms, 1 of which was turned into an office (work from home) with a futon. 2 full bathrooms (extra queen bed can be added to office upon request). Large parking space can fit two boats with trailers. New bathrooms and kitchen with high-end appliances. Beautiful backyard with a huge deck, new patio set, grill, a hammock, and a bench for the warmer months.
