Small charming house from 1909. The ground floor has a hall, kitchen with a wood stove, living room, and bedroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a cellar, a living room with fireplace and a toilet with shower and washing machine. The open plot of 7000 m2 slopes southwards, has a stream and a pond, beautifully located in a quiet place between fields, mountains and forests. The track from Hunnebostrands passes on two sides. A beautiful walk through the forest leads into the community, about 1.5 km.

Welcome to our newly built 30 m2 cottage in Bokenäs. It is 1.5 km down to badvik (Rörbäck) by the sea. The cottage has a secluded smaller patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The cottage has most of the time. Kitchen with a dishwasher, bathroom with a shower and washing machine. There are four beds 80x200 up in the loft. No standing height up and the stairs up is a bit steep. In the living room there is a fireplace, and single sofa bed for two that can sleep close by. If you want to have a family with 3-4 children, if you want.

In the living room there is a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide if you make it. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, fizzy drinks maker and coffee maker. In the living room there is a newly fitted fireplace and space to sit 6-8 people at the kitchen table. TV with standard selection of channels, as well as wireless Wi-Fi. Även närhet till flera av Bohusläns riktiga smultronställen såsom Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund (25 minuter med bil), bilfärjan till Lysekil har ni 10 minuter bort. Eller så stannar ni hemma på den mysiga tomten, solar, grillar och njuter av lugnet.

You can borrow bikes to visit the fjord to fish mackerel or have a bath. Hallinden is also a walk away for a day's climb. The house has a unique overview of a valley and river, running into the sea. The tranquility of nature can be enjoyed while still being very central and close to shops.
