You can rent our newly renovated and high-quality apartment in the best location with a lot of love for detail! From the bedroom you have a wonderful view of Mount Kramer and the beautiful Loisach, which is right at your feet. It's just steps to the centre of Garmisch. The apartment is very quiet, the perfect place to turn off. And yet you are in the middle of it! Shops, bakery, restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Train station about 10 min. walk to the apartment. The apartment has been renovated by us with much love. It can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for small family as well as for a couple. Baby cot and baby chair is available as well as washing machine. (everything is new) The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped. The corresponding underground garage and drying room is also located in the house. Right in front of the house flows very beautiful stream (Leusach), where you can relax beautifully. The apartment is on the ground floor, the house has only three stairs which is quite convenient for families with children as well as for older guests. The municipality charges a tourist tax of 3 Euro per person per day. For this the guest receives a ticket for free local bus, as well as discounts for swimming pool, Partnachklam, museum, etc.
