Fantastic Oasis on the water. This is the top floor of a 2 unit home. Close to the city, yet feels like the country on this narrow, winding street. High end mahogany furnishings, beautiful paintings and prints collected over the years by owner. 2 small decks overlooking the water, one larger deck off 2 of the bedrooms overlooking the gardens and side yard.
