At 50m from the wonderful lakeside promenade that takes to Villa Olmo, we have setup a double room, in a building that was a 600's monastery. The room overlooks the internal courtyard with a small balcony, away from the noise of the main street. The historical city city can be reached by feet, in a few mins, via the cycle / pedestrian path facing the lake. Nearby you will find delightful clubs, bars and restaurants and good parking possibilities Como main station is just a few minutes' walk away

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 min walk. The bus stop "Cimitero" (cemetery) is 50 m from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 min by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 sqm) but fine (consistently new high-quality equipment). The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
