Paula Rath was built as a farmhouse for the Dammerstorfer estate and was sold in 1942 to the aircraft manufacturer Ernst Heinkel as a hunting lodge. Our 2 hectare farm is located on the L19 between Bad Sülze and Sanitz, about 20km east of Rostock and 30km from the Baltic Sea in the middle of a ca. 600ha large The 3 ca 150qm gr. The Schwalbenhof and our little troll by the pond

A large, old three-sided farm in the middle of the countryside, one hectare of natural garden, a small lake, a jetty.... And at the very end of the property you can see our old-timer caravan. ... flocks of swallows and the concert of frogs, a sea of flowers and a wildflower meadow, beautiful views of the hilly landscape ... and lots of peace and quiet! You can spend a very relaxing time here in the middle of nature. Not much happens here, but what does happen is wonderful.

The construction car was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dike. Since summer 2023, the restoration of my beautiful circus wagon has been completed and he is looking forward to nice guests. 3 km to the Baltic Sea, meadow is shared with two shy sheep, next door chickens without a loud rooster, composting toilet. Another Air BnB wagon is in the same garden next door. Refrigerator, shower facility, trampoline and fire pit are partly shared with the host family (s). Sauna use, use of a bicycle is available at additional cost.
