The freshly renovated apartment is situated in a light souterrain of a flat-roofed bungalow that is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood in the north of the city. The apartment includes a large bedroom with a king size bed, a cozy living and dining room with a comfortable pullout couch, a modern shower bath and a complete built-in kitchen. The city center is only a fifteen minute walk away, but there is also a bus station right in front of the door as well as free parking.

In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Gästewohnung hat 40 m² und besitzt ein Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer, ein kleines Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Im Wohnzimmer lässt sich die Couch für 2 weitere Personen ausziehen. Nur 5 Gehminuten vom Grundstück entfernt befindet sich im Ort ein Supermarkt mit Backshop, Sparkasse, ein Café direkt auf der anderen Seite der Elbe.

Hiking ride station Hitzacker/ Ferienwohnung

Beautiful apartment in the Hitzacker hiking station. Horse storage is also possible. On an idyllic rest farm 4 km away from Hitzacker, we rent an apartment with its own terrace and pantry kitchen. From the farm it is only a few meters into the forest, which invites you to extensive horseback rides and hikes. Well behaved dogs are allowed to be brought on request. We have a medium sized dog who lives with us on the property.

Perfect location between university and center

The 35qm apartment is perfectly located in the requested area called "Rotes Feld" close to the university, the "Kurpark", the city center, Vienna Cafe, ALDI and biological market. All destinations can easily be reached by foot, you could as well rent a bike (5 € per day). You´ll find wlan, internetTV, your own parking space in front of the apartment and a little terrace in the backyard for your own use.
