Surrounded by meadows with grazing cows, our holiday home, which was renovated in 2018 and used to be a small farm, is located in the countryside. The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is enclosed and therefore suitable for toddlers and four-legged children.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approximately 100-year-old town hall in the middle of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old school house, the holiday home Old School extends over 2 floors with a living area of approx. 140 sqm. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the ground floor and the 2 apartments velvet mussel (approx. 60 sqm) and clam (approx. 50 sqm) on the upper floor.

Light-flooded country house by the sea with a fireplace

In my house you should feel comfortable. During the renovation in 2022, I followed the modern country house style. Wooden floorboards on both levels, fireplace in the large living/dining area, and a natural stone countertop in the kitchen create a special, natural atmosphere. Large windows guarantee light-filled rooms at any time of the day. The play room impresses the children with numerous toys including a swing. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower.

Cozy house on the dike, fantastic apple garden with private sauna and terrace and direct access to the dike, private garden bench on the dike with views over the Elbe and beach right outside the front door!
