In the historic district, off-street parking is important this close to the beach, park&walk everywhere. Window air, wifi, dish, awninged porches, private outside H&C showers, full kitchen. As they say, location, location. The house abuts state land and has amazing sunsets. Weekly rentals summer season. NOTE: Linens not provided.

Our large, comfortable, pet friendly beach house well suited to families and mellow friend groups is 2 lots from a crescent beach that you can walk for miles in either direction, offers some water views from the top of the steps and one bedroom. We have a sandy area under the house with beach chairs, SUP & 4 adult bikes in beach closet that opens with the house key for your stay. Gather together in the great room at days end.

This 2nd fl condo consist of plenty of natural light and open floor plan. There is a grill on back deck and chairs on front deck. There is an additional enclosed shower outside. Includes wifi, Roku boxes in all bedrooms. Feel free to bring your own Roku or fire stick for TV. This home is a short walk to beach & boardwalk. Close to Mallons Pastry and 11th St. fishing gazebo. Two blocks to playground/basketball courts.
