Pinetree Lodge is a romantic, high end luxury Cotswold getaway, nestled in its own small, enclosed wood on our active working sheep and arable farm. It provides wonderful outside living, with a well equipped outdoor kitchen, fire pit with accessories to bbq, roast or do one-pot meals and a charcoal BBQ too. An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

The Coach House is a beautiful, well decorated, self-contained apartment with incredible country-side views towards Edge Hill, Brailes three peaks and stunning Walton Hall. Welcome to Park Hill Pod, a beautiful spot in nature. Set on an authentic farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, the Pod is spacious yet cosy. It’s located just 4 miles from the centre of Stratford Upon Avon and conveniently has local shops within a 5 minute drive. There’s lots of nature to observe - geese, hares, pheasants, deer but to name a few. Bring boots & wellies for walks! The Pod sits at the very bottom of our garden, however, it’s very private. Private living, own stairs to bedroom & ensuite

We have a spacious Annex which forms part of our main house. A living area provides table with chairs and comfortable seating area. TV and internet. Tea, coffee making with microwave and small fridge. Bowls, tea and dinner plates with cutlery. Own private staircase leads to bedroom with King size bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. Please note there is no kitchen but we will wash and replenish any crockery etc. The Annex is part of our main house and separated by a locked door.
