Idéalement située au cœur de Riva-Bella, elle est à proximité de tout, vous vivrez à pied … Vous pourrez ainsi facilement profiter des nombreuses activités proposées à proximité. La maison, entièrement rénovée est bien équipée et très agréable. Le jardin est entièrement clos avec une grande terrasse plein sud. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour…

Charming house 120m2 5 min beach + garden terrace

Nice house with lots of comfort and tastefully decorated. You can walk to restaurants on the harbour. You will also find shops, the casino, media cinema and swimming pool, The beach is 5 minutes walking.Seas baths is 15 minutes walking through the walkways. Also the Bay of Somme 15 kilometers away. A little further Rouen, Amiens, Le Touquet etc...
