St Margaret’s - 12th Century church conversion

Get a real taste for England’s history by staying in this converted Norman Church! This Grade II* listed building provides an excellent base for exploring Louth, the Lincolnshire Wolds and some classic British beaches. With it’s peaceful setting in a tiny village on the edge of Louth, the church also provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. We converted the church in 2014 and lived in it for 4 years until the arrival of our son, we love it and really hope you have a wonderful stay!

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

Beautifully modernised property in the Georgian market town of Louth, with an abundance of pubs, eateries, high Street shops and delis. The house is set on the banks of River lud, a shallow trout stream thats perfect for relaxing by, within a 5 minute walk of the town centre. The house compromises of 3 bedrooms/kitchen/dining room/living area/ bathroom and shower room. With off street parking for 2 / 3 cars.
