Approx 8 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 2 miles from Portabello. Musselburgh Race Course is a short walk away, Musselburgh high street a 5 minute walk, Gullane and other golf courses nearby. Log Cabin in Auchtertool.

The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.
