Our house is in the heart of a traditional Spanish village, where the locals are friendly and endearing. There are many amenities on the doorstep including 2 supermarkets, petrol & repairs, bars, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy, dentist, optician, doctor, hairdressers, barber, beauty salon, post office and the traditional church square where many fiestas and celebrations are enjoyed by the locals and holidaymakers alike. Just 20 mins from the coast, 30 from the airport and 40 from Murcia city.

Bienvenido/a a mi casa. Espero poderos tener pronto hospedados. Esta casa no es una casa al uso de Airbnb. Es un hogar. La casa tiene una decoración muy personal. Todas las piezas de decoración son recuerdos de mis viajes por el mundo, sobre todo de dos lugares que han significado mucho para mi. Africa y Mexico. La casa a pasado la certificación de limpieza de Covid-19 por la consejería de Murcia. Ideal para trabajar ya que dispone de un estudio con todas las comodidades de una oficina.

Centrally located accommodation, tastefully decorated. Semi-detached villa with a private swimming pool close to the beach. The garden with 4 sun loungers, sun blinds and a parasol. There is a lounge terrace with BBQ and a solarium with sea views on the roof. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, a large open kitchen. Air conditioning, WiFi, a smart TV, a Sonos installation. There is a washing machine, 2 city bicycles. There are 2 sets of golf clubs. Bed linen and towels included.

We are at the foot of the Carrascoy natural park. We have physiotherapy service. On the territory of the farm there is a pool about 5 meters (common for all the neighbors), two barbecue areas and a common patio. Throughout the territory there are different separate areas.
