Beautiful apartment of 48 m2 for 2 people with 1 independent bedroom, located on the first floor of a small quiet and secure residence with parking space and communal pool. There are many kitchen utensils and dishes. Bed linen and towels are provided. It is a 15 minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the start of the very beautiful bike path. SPIROU and Splash World amusement parks are a 10-minute drive away and Avignon 23 kms away.
