Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista del primo bacino del lago di Como ed ammirare la città.

The little house is a precious location

The cottage is a bright location that has a large living area with equipped kitchen, TV, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and sofa bed, in the sleeping area there is a bedroom with elegant and cozy French bed, bathroom with a nice shower located in a niche, washing machine. The area is in the heart of the town center and well equipped with all the amenities, around the property there are many non-paid parking lots. Ideal for a stay a few kilometers from the city.

Rustico Bertel, house of 17th, lake view, hot tub

Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.
