Single standing house right at the Great South Bay and next to Bellport Beach. Paddle Boards are popular particularly in the calm morning water. You can also bath and swim directly from the house or from the beach club wearing water shoes. The water and my property is separated by a bulwark. Ladder available in garage to get up. Parking for 4 cars. Bellport village is pretty with small shops, cafes and restaurants. The owner is in New York City. No keys needed for access. Age request 25.
