It occupies 2nd and 3rd floor of our middle building, roughly 10 yards from the pool. Waterfront Private apartment that is fully furnished. Private deck. fantastic views overlooking Juba Sound. within 7mins to Grace Bay, world famous Grace Bay Beach and shops. Very quiet and safe area. Infinity edge pool included. Glorious sunsets. BBQ on the waterfront. Only a couple of mins away from popular Kite Surfing spot. There is also a Kayak available for guests use down on the waterfront. This is the only rental unit on property, you will be the only guests.

Our small studio apartment is setup in a new house (built 2020) with its own private access, nice and quiet neighbourhood. Studio is close to the main attractions, bars, groceries, restaurants and about 2 minutes walking distance to the nicest beach in the world Grace Bay beach. No car needed. Place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Apartment is a open concept only door for the bathroom. The couch is not a sofa bed and is not made to sleep on
