Breakfast on the terrace can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle. For barbecue evenings there is a weaver grill. The living room offers fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, Bluetooth system. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds, offer plenty of space to store. The bathroom has a bathtub and spacious shower.

Villa Luna offers a total of 6 sleeping options on 100 m² of living space. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower and a large corner bath, toilet and bidet. A guest toilet is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, etc. In the basement there is a pantry and a laundry room with washing machine (free of charge). The entire house is upscale and has two satellite TV. The upper floor offers sea view.

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

The house is in the best residential location of Stralsund. The promenade leads to the harbor and the old town of World Heritage Site of Unesco in a few minutes on foot. Our house has a limited number of free parking spaces in the yard.
