HAPPY SOLO SEASIDE STUDIO

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

On the ground floor on garden, quiet of a luxury residence, very beautiful completely renovated T2 opening onto a large terrace with sea view. Private garage closed in the basement. But forget the car! The beach is in direct access, restaurants, beachfront bars and the casino are 100 m away. Shops are 300 m away. A coastal path leads to the other beaches. 1 bedroom (bed 2 adults) + 1 sofa bed (1 child). Equipped kitchen (Fur-MO-LV-Stove-Fridge), washer-dryer-TV box.
