Wonderful rustic duplex, set in the core of Avegno, offers peace and silence. Inside there is a small dining room with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you access the two bedrooms, a double bedroom from a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom von bathtub. Outside there are plenty of spaces to read or eat, a gorgeous terrace with chaise longue, a patio with table and chairs, and a small garden with armchairs.

"Casa la Rustica", functional and comfortable decor, suitable for everyone, for those looking for relaxation, for those who love to walk in the mountains or for those looking for challenging excursions. Nearby you have the beautiful river with its green waters. And very close to the Boulder area. For private use: garden and grill. Staircase (15 steps) to the house. Private parking for two cars.
