Outside the bedroom window is a beautiful garden with fountain. The view towards the lake is all windows with an extended deck. This 1900 farmhouse located on the Pedernales River is filled with family memorabilia and antiques. The ranch has a wide array of wildlife as well as ranch animals such as nannie goats, chickens, ducks, and cows. The home is located just outside of town but, close to all the conveniences. Relax outside in the hottub or sit on the screen porch in back or the front porch with a glass of wine and enjoy the wildlife. There is a over 200 yr old live oak tree to sit under and enjoy the views.
