A Cozy Bothy Retreat with Hot Tub!

A charming little renovated Bothy on our working farm, situated in our courtyard right next to/directly opposite our own house. Lovely interior with well equipped kitchen and dining area downstairs and woodburning stove. Bathroom also downstairs with shower cubicle. Upstairs is a cozy loft style bedroom with quite low ceilings so for the taller guests...please mind your heads when climbing into bed! Garden area with bistro garden furniture, hot tub and BBQ (please bring your own coal).

The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. The bothy is part of an old stone building, it's compact, cosy and recently renovated. Nestled in riperian woodland by Cochill burn, it offers a rural setting with ample oppurtunity for spotting our resident red squirrels. It sits close to our house, but with it's own access and small garden. It is centrally placed to access Perthshire and it's many oppurtunities for outdoor activities, between the attractive historic town of Dunkeld and market town of Aberfeldy both at 8 miles away.
