Family-friendly apartment with south-facing terrace on our Sonnenpferde Hof

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our sun horse farm in a secluded location in the Lippish mountains. It consists of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2m and children's travel bed) living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 sleeping places and a baby bed available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visitor dogs are welcome. Horseback riding lessons for children possible.

The neighborhood is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. To surrounding major cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford is about 10 km. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the first floor. The apartment is located on the ground floor. The bed in the bedroom is 140X200. Since many guests do not find this notice, I would like to reiterate at this point that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Our beautiful, sun-flooded cottage is built in wooden construction and offers everything a family or a small group needs. A fully equipped open kitchen, four spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sunny terraces, a large garden and a double carport. The house has underfloor heating and is completely barrier-free, including the showers. The outskirts offer an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains of the Weserbergland, the Ith and the Kanstein.

Mono im Teuto

„Mono" steht mitten im Teutoburger Wald. Hinterm Zaun ist nur noch Grün... Das Haus ist eigentlich kein Haus, sondern ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Die sehr schöne,neu renovierte und hochwertig ausgestattete 107qm grosse EG Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage von Vlotho / Uffeln auf der Sonnenseite des Buhn. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. A garden with large lawn, barbecue area, as well as a covered balcony with garden furniture is available. Bikes can be stored in a garage. Beds are of course made on your arrival. Since March 2019, our apartment has been awarded 3 stars by the German Tourism Association.
