Peaceful location at the end of the road. Good berry and hunting landscapes, as well as excellent water transportation. Large terrace with glass overlooking walls and agood lake view. A quick switch from a closed space to an open room. In the cabin, there's a room with a fold-out sofa bed, a kitchenette, a fireplace, a small loft with two separate mattresses,and an air pump. Sauna and washing facilities at your own entrance. Separate sleeping barn and toilet.Gas and wooden barbecues.Rowing boat and large dock.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

A two-bedroom house (75 m2) 60 metres from the lake and a sauna cottage 20 metres from the shore of lake Viinijärvi, in Polvijärvi, in very beautiful surroundings, 25 minutes by car from the centre of Joensuu. The house is well equipped and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher and TV. The bathroom also contains an infrared sauna, but there is also a wood heated sauna by the lake. The price contains bed linen, towels ,coffee, tea, oil etc.

Cozy and spacious two-room apartment in the vicinity of the centre of Joensuu in the immediate vicinity of the main services. Joensuu Arena and other sports halls, Linnunlahti and city centre services are all just a few hundred metres away! I provide towels, bedding and detergents, as well as basic cooking supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, freezer, etc. You also have a washing machine, a hair dryer and two TVs (55 and 32 inch).

Grandma's Cottage with Sauna

A 100-year-old log cabin with comforts of year-round living in the yard of the main house. For multi-night guests during the heating season, in addition to electricity, furnace heating. Trees ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. About 10 minutes to Outokumpu and 30 minutes to Joensuu. Koli about an hour and Valamo Monastery about 30 minutes by car. There's also a dog cage outside with a small coop.

A barn to stay by the lake

A cute little log fence with a 160cm double bed and a small bunk bed for children. Next to Höytiäinen beach. Outdoors. On the beach, a barbecue area and open freely. Bed linens are included, and ask for a guided island/fishing tour and equipment, rowing water, floats, kayaks, water jets, and more for rent. When the sauna is available, it is possible to rent a sauna 30e time.

Sparkling - sauna cabin by the rapids

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage completed in 2015 by a small river. In the ring of a raft, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue, or outdoor fire. The cottage is located on a small dirt road, in complete privacy. Koli National Park is about. 30min drive, Höytiäinen Beach is just over 2km away. Canoes available and local foodie packages available for rent from us.
