This exquisite villa, in the popular Golden Triangle area of Lake Como, has outstanding views of the lake and the mountains. It is relatively secluded while within walking distance of village restaurants and amenities. There are spectacular walks from the villa into the mountains and the lake is only a 100mt away through little lanes passing a small vineyard and church. La Dolce Vita!

Wonderful Beach House situated on the border with Bellagio, at less than 3 km from the center. The house is very spacious also for 6 people and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, a large kitchen and a very big bathroom. You will also have a huge private Terrace where you can eat or relax looking at the 180° Lake view. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature and the peace of lake. There is a direct access to the beach under the house. You will never want to leave this place.

It is a quiet village close to the little lakes of Segrino and Pusiano at a very short distance from Como Lake. Perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine by the pool or under the porch after a trekking in the mountains, a boat tour or a city tour. Also the cities of Milano, Monza, Bergamo, Varese are at a short distance It is not suitable for noisy parties.
