T2 40 m2, recent building la Mantilla, popular Port-Marianne district, close to Jacques Coeur basin, its natural setting, its restaurants. Large kitchen/living room, double bedroom, large bathroom, large sunny balcony. Free WIFI. On the 3rd floor, very quiet, on the green interior side. Beaches 1/2 hour by bike by the nearby green lane. Tram to 200 m, L1 and L3 to station and Comedy in 10 minutes. All shops at the foot of the building. Public video parking under the building.

Beautiful apartment of 39 m2 completely renovated , smart decoration , ideally located in the historic center, quiet . Nearby shops and businesses. Access: From the station: tram line 1 direction Mosson , stop Louis Blanc . By car , note , no direct access: you have to park in a parking lot ( Corum ) then take tram line 1 towards Mosson , Louis Blanc stop ( one station ) . Possibility of getting a package for several days from the parking lot box.
