The cottage circa 1802 offer a peaceful private setting on a historic horse farm once part of Monticello with close proximity to wineries (10 minutes), town (12 minutes), Rivanna River borders the property, Carter mountain (8 minutes) and many other activities. The Gardener’s Cottage

The Gardener’s Cottage is a short drive away from I-64, UVA grounds, Scott Stadium, the downtown mall, and Wegmans. It is located in the Fry’s Springs Historic District. There are several restaurants on JPA within a reasonable walking distance. It is surrounded by flowers that attract hummingbirds, gold finches, and butterflies. The front porch has Adirondack chairs perfect for lazy evenings and morning coffee. The back yard has a small deck under oak trees and a patio next to a fern garden.

BRAND NEW LISITING! Cozy stay in an updated colonial style house on a quiet street. Short drive from great local spots along Downtown Cville, UVA Corner, Monticello, Blue Ridge Parkway, The Appalachian Trail, breweries and local wineries. An excellent choice for hosting small gathering with good yard space and pouch. Spacious Apartment. Short walk to downtown

No Frills, simple, comfortable 800 sq ft. 5 minute walk to downtown and steps from a large green space. We are directly adjacent to the Staunton Power Plant and while unsightly, it is quiet and causes us no concern. 100 Yards from Train Tracks and so you may hear a train. This apartment is the middle floor apartment of 3 apartments in a historic house. The upstairs and downstairs are full-time tenants who are quiet but you may hear occasional footsteps.
