Second Home

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

Ideal starting point for all holidaymakers who want to go on holiday in this fantastic Lake Constance and hiking region. There is a natural swimming lake just across the road. Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland to the Säntis and the Zeppelin city "Friedrichshafen". We have been successful and happy hosts for 8 years, and we have been able to welcome lots of great people who would have liked to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22 onwards.

With us you will find a fully equipped apartment, with approx. 95 sqm of living space on the 1st floor. Our house is very quiet on the outskirts of Krumbach overlooking the countryside. On days with suitable weather you can see the mountain range of the Alps.
