Large garden with swimming pool heated to 30 degrees and summer kitchen. Ideal house for two couples or small family. Very rare rental, only during my absences. All the kitchen essentials are available. Possibility to rent a room for two people on request at a discount.

Gites du Clos Saint-Jouin in the heart of a vineyard

You will enjoy the view, the calm, the outdoor spaces. Our place is good for families (with kids) and groups. I am the 7th generation to live in this wine estate. I have a golden retriever. Welcome gifts, information on the accommodation data sheet, toilet on the ground floor, bedrooms upstairs. Security deposit of 1000 euros Weekly rental for the months of July and August Checkout on Sunday at 6pm except July/August.

The property consists of different houses and is offered for rent as needed: it is possible to rent only the large house or to complete with the small house.
