My place is close to family-friendly activities. The house is perfect for couples, families (with children).There is the crocodile farm (5 km),the grignan castle (20 km),the gorges of the Ardèche(20 km), leisure base with its beach ( 2 km), water ski lift (5 km). Mosquito net at the window. swing , plastic hut, slide and an above ground pool.Private parking The neighborhood is very quiet so party prohibited.

This small stone house sits at the end of a small, green garden all the way down. The house is very pleasant, quiet, sheltered from the sun, it's good even in summer. The living room overlooks the garden. A steep staircase leads to a spacious bedroom. The house has character with antique wooden furniture.
