Condo is right next to Doak Campbell Stadium. Walk to the stadium, sports fields and courts, FSU circus, and more. Walking distance to Gaines St District and College Town with all the bars and restaurants you'll ever need. TV has most apps pre-loaded (Hulu, Netflix, etc.) and you can log into your own streaming accounts. There is no cable television, only the apps you sign into with your own account. This is a gated complex and occupant will have one assigned parking space during their stay.

1 bedroom condo has a queen bed, very comfy sofa bed, full kitchen, washer and dryer, patio overlooking Klemen Plaza, on-site fitness center and covered secured parking. Enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail on the patio. Walk to restaurants, the Capitol and FSU. 1/2 mile to Landis, 1 mile to Doak Campbell, .4 mi to the Civic Center/basketball arena. Perfect place if you're in Tallahassee to visit your 'Nole, there to watch a football or basketball game or are in town for business or to sightsee.
