A luxurious & comfortable, loadshedding-free, sun-filled family home-less than 5 minutes drive from beach. Lovely sunny garden with a fire bath & large downstairs deck has a plunge pool. The spacious open kitchen/dining area spills out on to the deck with braai area, this home is perfect for those who love to cook and entertain. Gorgeous mountain& lagoon views from the upper deck. Two lounges & 3 large TV's. A designated sunroom with a view, for yoga/exercising & a neat separate office space.

Basic seaside cottage in Sedgefield

Basic seaside cottage on the waters edge with views over the lagoon. Walking distance from the lagoon mouth. A 2 minute walk to semi-private beach access directly from below the cottage. 15 minutes walk to town. Located in a Milkwood grove. Private deck with very good views over the lagoon. A large variety of bird-life due to forest and lagoon proximity. Unfortunately, the cottage is accessed via an uneven pathway through the grove so is not recommended for guest with special mobility needs.

Located in a quiet, safe, cul-de-sac with full kitchen - stove, microwave, fridge, etc. as well as a separate scullery. Small, separate office with a view for those who still need to do some work while family plays. Beds sleep 4 but extra 2 can be added with ease if required. Easy walking distance to the centre of town. Safe, secure, under cover parking for 1 car.

Beautiful, open spacious home with essential power for basic amenities during load shedding. The home is good for couples and families(kids) and pets where you can enjoy swimming on Bollard Bay. It is a safe environment where children can ride their bicycles. The Steenbok Nature Reserve is used regularly by dog lovers, walkers and runners. Sunny lifestyle home with swimming pool, lots of outdoor dining spaces and comfortable lounging spaces. Every room in this home has doors leading onto the garden. Peaceful neighbourhood overlooking the Knysna Estuary, bordering on Pledge Nature Reserve but a minute away from town, with easy access to all Experiences Knysna has to offer. Huge garden and gorgeous views. High end beds for comfortable resting and all bedrooms en suite. Fireplace for chilly evenings and courtyard heater.

Kick back and relax in our small studio apartment that is perfect for couples or individuals looking for a short breakaway or to overnight en route. Our space offers a King size bed, small kitchenette for warming food, a spacious bathroom with shower and a bath, and views of the lagoon from the patio. We do have two busy Australian Shepherds, who love to meet new people and freely roam the property. It is important that you are comfortable with dogs given the open space is shared.

Centrally located and 5 min from the Heads, town and Leisure Isle. close to the N2 to Plett and accessable to lovely hikes and rides in the area. Self catering, fully equipped large cottage with top end appliances and luxury bathroom. Very private, with gorgeous views of the Knysna lagoon. Guests will enjoy sleeping on beautiful queen slay bed with Egyptian cotton bedding, and a single bed. Kitchen has gas hob and microwave. Lots of private parking and close to town and eating spots. Camp cot available. Goose cottage is off the grid, so during loadshedding we are fully functional.
