Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Beautiful apartment in the historic center of Petkum (Emden). The apartment is on the ground floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large open plan living area with access to garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor. A private CAR parking space is directly at the apartment and also easily accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income on airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the flat EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

Our cozy apartment is nestled between meadows and fields. Pure nature! Whether action or tranquility - the stay is varied and has a lot to offer. The cities of Papenburg (17 km) and Leer (20 km) can be reached quickly. The North Sea coast and the Dollart, as well as the Netherlands, are also not far away. My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Because there are always negative reviews left about the location. The accommodation is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping facilities are abundant in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Welcome to the attic. This accommodation is very individually decorated and lovingly maintained. The house is situated in a quiet Lindenstraße not far from the center + the old town... walk about 10 min. It has a large garden with tea house (in summer greenhouse) and some cozy seats. The nature reserve is very close, as well as the baker Lübbers and the Mixmarkt. It's a good place to unwind and unwind. I look forward to seeing you!

We rent out our cute cottage in Aurich / East Friesland in an idyllic and quiet location, 3 kilometers from the city center. The former bakery has only 22 m², but is lovingly and extensively equipped. Combined living room and bedroom with fitted kitchen, toilet with shower and covered (not visible) terrace and garden area with garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers.
