Lovely quiet house

A peaceful place to stay. This is a recently remodeled townhouse that features an open garden adorned with flowers. The house is located 10 mn away from the city Le Puy en Velay and 5 mn away from a shopping district. The house is ideal for two guests. It has a spacious bedroom, a living room, kitchen and full bathroom with shower. A porch and awning furnished with a table and chairs is available to enjoy alongside the garden. There is parking available for a vehicle in front of the house.

Nice house with garden in the city center

Maison d’hôtes avec jardin dans le centre de Saint Etienne. Vous disposez à proximité des principaux équipements de la ville: le quartier d'affaires de Chateaucreux et sa gare, la Cité du Design, la Comédie, le Zénith, le Fil (salle de musiques actuelles), le musée de la Mine... La maison propose un grand séjour, 2 chambres, une cuisine équipée et 1 salle de bain avec WC séparé. TV, internet, Wifi, Netflix à votre disposition. Le petit plus est le jardin privatif au calme et ensoleillé.

Bright and decorated with care, our maisonette is ideal for a peaceful break. Sofa bed 140 with a real bultex mattress, it allows you to keep more space during the day. Kitchen equipped with mini fridge + freezer, microwave grill and sink. ( no stove or oven but outdoor electric bbq). Bathroom with large shower and toilet Private south-facing terrace Breakfast included (organic products) Nespresso coffee maker, kettle available. Bath towels, linens and tea towels provided.

Renovated cottage, bright, with a lovely balcony/terrace. Large living room with well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, small bedroom downstairs, upstairs spacious bedroom and TV area ( mezzanine not closed and unsecured for children!) Wood stove, no WiFi, 4G network. Living room with billiards! Starting from many trails, 5 minutes from the Lac de Lavalette nautical complex, 10 minutes from the Himalayan Gateway and 2 minutes from the Via Fluvia greenway!

Notre gîte de 128 m2 est situé dans un ancien couvent, juste à côté de l'église de Borne . Borne est situé à à 12 km du Puy en Velay, à 6 km du château de Saint Vidal . En septembre, à ne pas manquer : les fêtes du Roi de l'Oiseau. Le Puy est un des départs pour Saint Jacques de Compostelle, c'est une ville magnifique, riche en histoire.
