Located between GUÉRANDE & LA BAULE, our NEW wooden cottage (Eco responsible - HQE Standards) of 49m2 is located in a wooded and secure residential park just 2.5 km from the center and the beach of La Baule and its shops (bike ocean bike path accessible from the residence to get there). La Baule train station 10 minutes walk away. No WIFI access. Private parking in front of the cottage. Indoor and heated swimming pool open from May 24th and play area for children.

Lovely cottage in an old renovated school in the heart of Briere Park with all the comforts and full equipment. Private garden , swimming pool heated from June to October, outdoor common to 2 accommodations, enclosed school courtyard with ping pong table, petanque area, private parking. South facing. Close to shops but very quiet, next to the Domaine du Golf de la Bretesche and 25 minutes from the first beaches, salt marshes and the medieval city of Guérande.
