Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Our house is located in a small village in the Auxois between the Morvan and the Beaunois country. Duplex apartment with a private entrance. On the ground floor, kitchenette, sofa and bathroom with toilet and upstairs, large bedroom with children's sleeping area. The apartment is simple but functional. We are farmers - market gardeners, we work on site, you can take advantage if you want to sell on the farm to stock up on organic vegetables that we produce....and peas!
