The neighborhood is a haven of peace, and the Neighbors value their tranquility. So no parties and no noise after 10pm. Duplex apartment T3, 73 m2, comfortable, high standard, sea front with shaded terrace of 85 m2, facing the large beach of La Ciotat, secure private parking, in building classified "art-deco ", direct access to the common garden of 1000 m2, bowling. Very lively neighborhood in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmospheres. Not very recommended for people seeking isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.

Stunning views of St. Cyr from our large balcony 3rd floor out of 3 of a quiet building. Shops, restaurants, etc. are immediately found out of the building. Beach is right at your feet. Water activities, hiking in the forest or in the vineyards, Provencal market, everything to rest and have fun. Ideal accommodation for a couple or small family with 2 children.
