Comfortable single-floor apartment (33 m2) with private garden/barbecue and pool-spa access. Renovated in 2019, in residential area. Adjoining the owners' main residence (discreet couple 50-60 years old) on 2000 m2 of land. Ideally located between Nice and Cannes, near Valbonne, Grasse (perfumeries), Pont du Loup, sea 20 min, mountain 1 hr, Valbonne 18-hole golf course 10 min. Let's rent from Saturday to Saturday unless agreed in advance. Animals "sociable and well behaved;-)" are welcome.

Vence, French Riviera between the sea and the mountain

Vence is a cute town with all amenities, The city center and buses are within a 15-minute walk. the closest sea is in Cagnes sur mer, the Col de Vence is 15 minutes by car hikes and horseback rides or pony with great views. In the area , the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, 3 parks are in Villeneuve loubet, visit the pretty villages of St Jeannet and tourettes sur loup too!!! The scenery is beautiful and they overlook the sea.
