Il rifugio del Ghiro - Minimalist farmhouse

Immersed in the nature of the Simbruini Mountains, you can rediscover an ancient and natural environment inspired by the early 1900s. You will not find the comforts of a hotel room, but the unique experience of spending a weekend rediscovering the ancient customs of peasant culture. Lighting with oil lamps and candles, kitchen and hot water heating with wood stove, well water with old manual pump. You will not find a wifi but a connection between yourself and nature. 2 adults and 1 child

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Wellness terrace with a sauna, cold water pools and a wood-fired hot tub. Saltwater swimming pool with sun beds. Free WiFi and free parking. Dinner and breakfast not included but optional for a fee.

Tiny House at Rocca di Sotto

This cabin offers a lot of privacy with a view of the high mountains of Gran Sasso and the Majella. The log cabin is next to the forrest and below a huge oak tree. It's on a small small bio campsite with 10 are of land off Rocca di Sotto. It has the measures of 5 by 2.5 meters. Gas, water and electricity are available and there is a basic kitchenette with fridge, a double bed, bed linen and towels. There is a little heater.

The House with the Mezzanine

The house with the mezzanine is a little nest decorated with love and care provided with anything that you may need for a nice stay in Rome. It is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, 15 mins by tram from Termini Station and 15 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto. If you don't feel like going up the small stairs on the mezzanine you will find all you need on the ground floor.

Little house in the wood

This little cozy house is inside a biological farm in the heart of Maremma toscana. It's only 20 minutes from Saturnia hot springs and 30 minutes from Argentario sea. The house is completely independent with its own entrance and parking. It's composed by a big room where there is a sofa bed, a little cousin where you can have your self made breakfast, a bath with shower and garden and it's close to a wide wood

Pratica e confortevole casetta a pochi passi dal mare. Tra l'orto e l'uliveto la Tiny house ha tutto quello che serve in piccoli spazi. Zona notte, cucina, bagno e patio. A disposizione degli ospiti anche la grande terrazza vista golfo. Siamo in collina, in un contesto silenzioso, a pochi minuti dalle più belle spiagge della zona. Ci trovi come Ermocolle, Itri.

Mia Maelle's nest

Main house with independent outbuilding in the garden, accessible from a private entrance. Just renovated, new and modern decor. Bright and quiet that gives the possibility, in the summer, to live and share with our two dogs, the beautiful garden of the house. Guests, having independent access, have the personal keys to be completely autonomous during the stay.
