Every room has a waterfront view! And home has a wrap around deck. Enjoy everything from fishing,swimming, or simply relaxing on the screened in porch.The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, den, laundry, 1/2 bath, and spacious master suite w/ full bath. The upstairs has 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths. The basement comes with theater room, bar area, sleeper sofas, and full bath. A large bedroom w/ 2 full beds and another full bath completes the bottom floor. Fire pit area!

Home has 1 covered boat parking spot available with a one vehicle/boat carport and a large turn around driveway. 2,000 sq ft wrap around deck, blue tooth stereo system throughout. No neighbors other than our camper lot near the pier. You will travel on dirt/gravel roads to access! 10 minutes from I-20 and 6 minutes to Lincoln Landing boat launch.
