Welcome to our beautiful and unique guesthouse in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The casita is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard with hot tub and swimming pool ( not heated). Private entrance and patio. New mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, luxury bedding and HDTV (with Apple TV) and portable baby crib. Very quiet and private. Just 3 minutes from the 5 freeway sits this attached but private studio. Once through your private entrance you will feel at home. Comfortable queen bed, fireplace and fully stocked kitchenette with mini fridge/ freezer if you feel like cooking. There is also a 2 person table/ desk in front of the warm electric fireplace. The ceiling fan keep things cool. Full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Salt Creek beach,Dana Point Harbor and Trestles are just 15-20 minutes away. Great Location!

Welcome to Cabin 63... or, we like to call her, ‘The little Red House’. Our little prefab studio is located in a quiet, safe, tucked away rural neighborhood... at the foot of beautiful Saddleback Mountain. Three chickens and a cat free range among the oak trees and you will often hear the sounds of horses meandering down the road. The studio has a comfortable queen bed, not to firm, and the bed is dressed with comforter in duvet cover. The tiled bathroom is simple and clean.

Only 15 minutes to Irvine and 15 minutes to Dana Point, this location is ideal for anyone wanting to have the best of all worlds. This mini studio includes its own bathroom and is locked off from the rest of the house. This mini studio has its own private parking spot and its own private entrance. There is no kitchen sink, only the bathroom sink.
