The Forge cottage is set on our working sheep farm, on the Durham Northumberland border. Sleeps up to 5 . A charming, cosy traditional cottage dating back to 1870 in the small hamlet of Fir Tree, Crook. Although almost 200 years old, it has been mostly modernised inside to give modern conveniences along with retaining charm and character. 2 pub/restaurants in the hamlet serving excellent food. Although situated on the A68, the main road to Edinburgh, the cottage benefits from double glazing throughout and a short walk up the hill at back of cottage to a children's play area.

This is a large home in the small countryside Township of Tow Law. It has 3 large double bedrooms. 2 large reception rooms and a galley kitchen. The patio doors lead to a large enclosed yard which is covered with artificial grass and has seating. The house will be fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. We even have a games table and giant connect four to keep the kids entertained!
