'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

On the edge of the town centre, restaurants, wine bars, shopping centre, supermarkets are all within a 5-10 minute walk; together with museums, theatres, cinemas, castle, quayside, riverside footpaths and cycleways etc. Historic Williamson Park with the magnificent Ashton Memorial is also within walking distance. Lovely modern self-contained apartment set in the Castle Conservation area of Lancaster town centre and 2 minutes walk from the railway station. This delightful and quirky property is set in a historic building and is located on a main street above ‘Tuck’ a locally run artisan bakery and cafe. The Aldcliffe Hut has been beautifully handmade with everything you need to enjoy your stay including a wood burning stove and a magical pull down bed. The Hut offers the best of all worlds: it borders a nature reserve, is just 0.7 miles from Lancaster station, is a 10 minute walk from the historic city centre, with its many cafés and museums and a stone's throw from the Lancaster Canal where you can amble along taking in the wildlife, boats and pubs. Delightful 2 bedroom terrace house with small yard

Bright and cheerful this centrally-located terraced house is only 5 minutes walk from the city centre on a quiet residential street adjacent to our own home.The house is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and living space on the ground floor while upstairs is a lovely, spacious bathroom and two double bedrooms. Up to two dogs are welcome with the canal tow path 3 minutes away on foot for walkies. To the rear is a small fenced yard with seating. This home is not suitable for parties.
