The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Family Friendly! Cozy‘ home feel’ apartment on lower level with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Lancaster. Living room, full attached kitchen, and bedroom, Outside you will see animals grazing and may catch a blazing sunset from the gazebo. Neighborhood is quiet, you may here the clip clop of a horse and buggy passing by or the neighing of the donkey. My parents live on the main floor of the house, you may get to see them throughout your stay. Welcome to Lancaster!

A thoroughly modern private cottage with kitchenette alongside our 1800s stone farmhouse on 11 acres with meadow, woods, walking trail, pond, & creek along Conestoga River. 10mins to downtown, 15min to outlets and Sight Sound Theatre, EZ access to tourist centers. Less than 10 mins to Millersville Univ. Vey quiet surroundings away from traffic. Outdoor deck use. We are a vegetable and flower farm.
