Open kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower and LL, separate toilet Garden of 600m2 closed and planted. South facing, at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, calm and tranquility assured. Linens are not provided. Adlt beds, duvets (230x220) Beds, duvets (150x130) Ready for a BBQ bed, and a high chair. Cleaning is to be done by yourself.

Au Vau Madec - Eco-responsible & Zero waste cottage

Le logement "Au Vau Madec" est situé à Pordic, entre Saint Brieuc et Binic dans un quartier très calme au cœur de la nature. Les chemins de randonnée (GR34, TroBreizh, ou Véloroute...), la mer et sa plage de galets sont à quelques minutes via un petit sentier forestier situé au pied de notre propriété. Engagés dans une démarche éco-responsable et zéro déchet au sein de notre famille, nous appliquons cette même philosophie de vie au sein du gîte.

Authentic cottage of 90m2 in the mansion of the XVth with its period furniture, freshly mixed with the pretty modern and totally renovated points. A beautiful living room, fully equipped kitchen, two secluded bedrooms and a mezzanine. Free parking. Access to the gardens, the pond, walkways from the estate, the sea and the famous GR34 are 20 min. Homemade fresh eggs are accessible to self-service chicken houses. Welcome!

Maison de plain-pied d'environ 40 m2, tout près de la mer dans une ravissante station balnéaire, un jardin clos avec tonnelle,transats, barbecue. Un canapé-lit 2 places récent et confortable dans le salon, un lit-double dans la chambre, la cuisine est neuve et équipée, grande salle d'eau avec douche , un parking privé, vélos à disposition. (En juillet-août louée uniquement à la semaine du samedi au samedi)
