Casa Grande ~ The Old West Hotel

The original (1917) historic old Sudan hotel recently renovated into a 5000 sq/ft single-family home. Extra large bedrooms all with King Sized beds. Also large living rooms kids would love to enjoy with friends or family. Uniquely situated in a West Texas small town downtown with no neighbors to bother. Only 45 minutes to Lubbock Texas where the Texas Tech Red Raiders reside. On the hot summer days, there is a pool to enjoy and a basketball hoop to shoot.
