Baluarte has next to a beautiful private pool, a large fenced garden with various terraces, palm trees and cypresses and plenty of space and privacy around the house and breathtaking views of the village of Alcalali, the Jalon Valley and the Coll de Rates. 2 min walk from the picturesque village of Alcalali in the beautiful and beloved Jalon valley, beaches of Denia, Moraira, Javea, Altea and Calpe are a 20-25 minute drive, the supermarket and several nice restaurants at walking distance from the villa.

RIU-RAU LABYRINTH. Rural with hot tub

Come enjoy nature and the tranquility of a village in the mountains. Our place is perfect for a couple, but with the sofa bed you can come with the kids or even two couples. We are 100 meters from the village, with an atmosphere where you can breathe peace and quiet. In the front garden, it has some trees, orchard and a labyrinth with 700 cypresses. Behind it is the terrace where you will admire the view of the Green Horse mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.

The house. The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although, from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, it invades you. This unique character is appreciated in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

La casa se encuentra muy cercana al pueblo de Xaló (puedes ir andando) pero a la misma vez disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la paz de la montaña. Recién reformada y a estrenar desde verano de 2018, dispondrás de todas las comodidades de una casa exclusiva. En verano de 2020 se ha reformado para que los huéspedes puedan disfrutar de la terraza techada y se ha construido una piscina (alberca) para los días de verano.
