Calm, Clean, Safe & completely remodeled 1 bed room home. King size bed. House has sleeper sofa and a small study nook. (Ideally for two). Relaxing back porch. Kitchen has an island with 2 stools all modern look. House has Wifi, Netflix, Hulu and Disney channels. This is a very small home that belonged to my parents and I have renovated it as a place to relax. Perfectly centered 5 min drive to lake, or LR University, 10 min to Downtown Hickory. 11 min to I-40. Pots, Plates, Appliances.

This delightful tiny house in the woods can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a full kitchen, loft bedroom, bathroom w/ full tub and shower, and living area. You can sleep in comfort, enjoy making breakfast with farm fresh eggs, enjoy the morning air from the deck, sip coffee by the pond, or hike through the wooded trails.
