There are a total of two yurts and two homes that have access to the same 17 acre lake. Each yurt is off the grid and has their own queen-sized comfy bed, wood stove, Weber grill w/charcoal, fire pit, firewood, fresh water, canoe, and clean Porto Potty. Adorable tiny house located just 1/2 block to Lake Waubesa with public lake access. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the Yahara bike path, access to the Capital City bike path and into downtown Madison. Spacious, open living room. A brand new kitchen with butcher block countertops. One bedroom with an attached full bath. Laminate hardwood floors throughout. 2 car parking pad. Large backyard with a firepit, brand new fence, and a nice view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.

Private lower level 1600sq ft apartment. Steps away from TPC Wisconsin! Follow the path to the back of the main house, here you'll find a beautiful space with large windows and plenty of natural light. Enjoy the warm gas fireplace, large flat screen TV. Make meals in the generous farmhouse kitchen. Sorry no full-size oven. Relax on the paved patio overlooking the wetlands and listen to many birds. The farmette is conveniently located 2 miles from town, set off the road, and through the woods. The cottage is located on the edge of our woodland area.
